LUGA Properties Limited was formed in June 2006 and is a joint venture company owned by Lunn Property Ventures Limited, Justin Garnett and Sir Robert Ogden CBE LLD.

The company has a highly experienced board of directors, with a wide and varied knowledge of the commercial property market.

The company’s aim is to acquire income generating properties with asset management angles, vacant/part vacant property and development sites across the retail, office, industrial and leisure sectors.  We also have the necessary skills to look at corporate situations where a business has significant property assets.

The company predominantly operates throughout the North of England but will go further afield if presented with good opportunities.
